Biomechanical Manoeuvres

The upper body, lower body and diaphragm

This revolutionary new method is easy to execute and non-aggressive to the tissues.

This introductory course outlines the use of the principles of Giles’ manipulative manoeuvres applied to:

  • The head and jaw
  • The cervical spine
  • The thorax and ribs
  • The upper limbs and shoulders
  • The thraco-lumbar junction
  • The lumbar spine
  • The diaphragmatic crura
  • The psoas, the pelvis and the entire lower limbs

Giles Cleghorn has developed these manoeuvres over a thirty-year period.

This method is a powerful mixture of applied mechanics and intuitive action, which can rapidly transform osteopathic lesions into spontaneously released health.

This course runs for 3 days, giving 24 hours of CPD.
